Thank you for choosing AgileBell for your Agile training and coaching needs. We are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences to all our participants. To ensure transparency and clarity, we’ve outlined our refund policy below.
By enrolling in any AgileBell program, you agree to comply with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the Refund Policy stated here.
👩🏫 For Instructor-Led Training (Live Online Classes):
To qualify for a refund:

You must submit your request within 7 days of purchase

You must have consumed less than 25% of the course content

You must not have attended more than one live session

You must not have requested any exam voucher, certificate, or resource kit
Refund requests that do not meet all of the above criteria will be declined.
🎓 For Corporate Programs, Bootcamps, or University-Partnered Sessions:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the start date of the program, whether attended or not.

No refunds will be issued for requests received after this period.
AgileBell reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances. If a session is cancelled, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or program transfer.
🚫 Cancellation & Refunds for Certified Programs (CSM):
To be eligible for a refund:

You must not have attended any live class

You must submit your request within 7 days of purchase
How to Initiate a Refund:

Go to My Orders and click on “Initiate Refund” next to the relevant course

For group purchases or bulk enrollments, please contact our support team via the Help & Support section
💳 Refunds for Duplicate Payments:
Any duplicate payment made will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the request.
